We offer a selection of Venue Halls and would gladly assist in finding the perfect option for your Conference or Function at Mentors Venue.
Please Note that the following conditions apply :
No provisional bookings will be accepted
A 50% deposit on the venue hire is required to confirm and guarantee your conference date
The remaining balance, including any extras, must be settled 7 days prior to your conference date
Please note that more than one function can be accommodated at our venue on a specific date
Dietary requirements such as Vegetarian and Halaal can be arranged with prior notice
The venue will only accommodate the number of people booked and paid for
Check in time for accommodation, no later than 22:00
If the conference is cancelled 2 months prior to the conference date, the deposit will be refunded, less an Administration Fee of R3 000.00
If the conference is cancelled within 2 months of the conference date, the deposit will be forfeited.
