Please Note that the following conditions apply :
- No provisional bookings will be accepted
- A 50% deposit on the venue hire is required to confirm and guarantee your conference date
- The remaining balance, including any extras, must be settled 7 days prior to your conference date
- Please note that more than one function can be accommodated at our venue on a specific date
- Dietary requirements such as Vegetarian and Halaal can be arranged with prior notice
- All security must be done at the Main gate
- Check in time for accommodation, no later than 22:00
- Cancellation Policy:
- If the conference is cancelled 2 months prior to the conference date, the deposit will be refunded, less an Administration Fee of R3 000.00
- If the conference is cancelled within 2 months of the conference date, the deposit will be forfeited.
