Please Note that the following conditions apply :

  • No provisional bookings will be accepted
  • A 50% deposit on the venue hire is required to confirm and guarantee your conference date
  • The remaining balance, including any extras, must be settled 7 days prior to your conference date
  • Please note that more than one function can be accommodated at our venue on a specific date
  • Dietary requirements such as Vegetarian and Halaal can be arranged with prior notice
  • All security must be done at the Main gate
  • Check in time for accommodation, no later than 22:00
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • If the conference is cancelled 2 months prior to the conference date, the deposit will be refunded, less an Administration Fee of R1 500.00
    • If the conference is cancelled within 2 months of the conference date, the deposit will be forfeited.
