In the event of a second member of the same immediate family deciding on Mentors Country Estate as their wedding venue, they will qualify for a 5 % discount on Venue hire.

Brides getting married during the year and during the week (Monday to Thursday), will receive 25% discount on Venue Hire.


Facilities Included in Venue Costs 

We will provide you with the necessary chairs,  tables and white tablecloths, cutlery and crockery for up to 150 guests.

The following services are free with all venues excluding the Lapa & Deck:

Table placing, layout of tables & chairs, arranging of cutlery & crockery, pouring of sherry, lighting of candles, cleaning of venue, coordinating of the event.

Firewood can be purchased at R30 per bag. Please arrange in advance.



A fully equipped facility will be provided at normal bar prices. Sparkling wine, Wine and beverages for table use can also be provided. A deposit of R 1 000-00 towards breakage will be payable. Arrangements must be made for waiters to serve tables.

A wide variety of music will be available and will be done by our DJ’s. The cost of the music will be determined by the following:

  • special music in Chapel
  • preparation of your own play list
  • duration of music required
  • flash lights, strobe lights, sparkle ball and smoke machine requirements

Our Coordinator will be able to assist a wedding function on the beautiful beaches of Jeffreys Bay. However, with the unpredictable weather and specifically the wind factor, our experience tells us that the wedding reception should preferably take place at our venue. However brides to be are welcome to discuss the matter with the coordinator.
