Introduction to Mentors Conference Venue
A unique facility which has been specifically designed to cater for conferences, functions and weddings and the only one of its size on the coast between Plettenberg Bay and Port Alfred.
Mentors Conference Venue is close to the N2 on the the Garden Route. The travelling time from Port Elizabeth is approximately 45 minutes.
Transport services such as shuttle services, bus and public transport are available.
Mentors Conference Venue is situated on a prime spot 4 km north of Jeffreys Bay in a friendly, safe and secure environment. The rural ambience atmosphere, rustic buildings and abundance of open space will contribute towards a memorable visit to Mentors Venue.
At Mentors Country Estate your conference will not be affected by any electricity loadshedding time schedules due to our own electricity supply.

Our experience from similar events is that it is imperative that a liaison officer is appointed by our visitors. Please note that once you have accepted your quote we will only liaise with your appointed liaison officer. We will not liaise and accept instructions from anyone except the nominated person.
CONDITIONS:
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY:

No provisional bookings will be accepted
-
A 50% deposit on the Venue Hire is required to confirm and guarantee your conference date
-
The remaining balance, including any extras, must be settled 7 days prior to your conference date
-
Please note that more than one function can be accommodated at our Venue on a specific date
-
Dietary requirements such as Vegetarian and Halaal can be arranged with prior notice
-
All security must be done at the Main gate.
-
Check in time for accommodation, no later than 22:00.
-
Cancellation Policy: If the conference is cancelled 4 months prior to the conference date, the deposit will be refunded, less an Administration Fee of R1 500.00
-
If the conference is cancelled within 4 months of the conference date, the deposit will be forfeited
-
Payment can be made into our bank account.
